Stretch Routine Timer 1

Description

Stretch your neck, back and legs after sitting all day with guided routines that count down each pose. Follow a built-in routine for neck, back or legs, or build your own by picking stretches and setting how long each one lasts. Every pose is drawn in the app, a ring and a clock count you down, and a soft chime moves you to the next stretch. Skip a pose, pause, or start the routine you did last in one tap, and see how many sessions you have finished and how many minutes you stretched. Everything is saved on your phone and works offline.

Ovulation Calculator
Health · v2.0.0

Work out your ovulation day and fertile window from your period starts. Log a period in one tap or pick a date, set your cycle length, and the app predicts the next several cycles and highlights the fertile days on a month calendar. It learns your average cycle from the periods you save, can share the plan as text, and reminds you with a notification near your next period. Everything stays on your phone.

Keto Tracker
Health · v2.0.0

Count net carbs the simple way: log any food from a built-in list of about 86 everyday items and watch a green ring fill towards your daily net-carb target. Net carbs are worked out as carbs minus fibre, and the ring turns red the moment the day goes over the limit, while separate bars show fat and protein against their targets. Add your own foods, set the targets that suit you, track water one glass at a time, tap a recent food to log it again in a second, and open the Week page to see the last seven days, the week total and your daily average. Share a plain-text summary of the day, and undo any delete. Everything stays on your phone.

Hearing Check
Health · v2.0.0

A quick hearing screening on your phone: play a short sine tone at six pitches from 250 Hz to 8000 Hz, raise the level until you just hear it and mark each one you can hear. Test both ears or one at a time, and see an audiogram that shows the softest level you heard per ear, plus the pitch range you heard. Saved tests form a history you can reopen, and every result is easy to share. Everything runs on your phone with no network.
