Work out your Body Mass Index from your height and weight and see where you sit on a colour gauge of the WHO adult ranges. Switch between metric and imperial and the numbers convert instantly, find the healthy weight window for your height and how much to gain or lose to reach it, then save each result and watch the trend line over time. Share a plain-text summary whenever you want. Everything stays on your phone.

Estimate your body fat percentage from a few tape measurements with the US Navy method and see where you land on a colour gauge of body-fat categories. Pick your sex and units, enter height, neck, waist and (for women) hip, optionally add your weight to see your fat mass and lean mass split, then save each result and watch the trend line over time. Switch between centimetres and inches and the numbers convert instantly. Share a plain-text summary whenever you want. This is an estimate, not a medical measure, and everything stays on your phone.
Find the aspect ratio behind any size and the size behind any ratio. Type a width and height to get the ratio reduced to its simplest form, its decimal value and the closest standard ratio such as 16:9 or 4:5, all shown on a frame drawn live in that exact shape. Switch to ratio mode, tap a common ratio chip or set your own, and the other side is worked out as you type. Swap the orientation, copy the result, save the ones you use and see which ratio you reach for most in the history. Everything stays on your phone.
Resize an image on paper before you ever touch it: type the original width and height, then the width or height you want and the other side is worked out for you keeping the ratio. Unlock the ratio to set both sides freely, drop the size to a percent, or tap a platform preset for a post, story, cover, HD, 4K or avatar. A dark card draws the before and after rectangles to the same scale and shows the pixel count, megapixels and aspect ratio. Copy the new size, save it, share a plain summary and keep a saved list with a recap. Everything stays on your phone.
